Windows Store apps and IE10 Metro will not start when UAC is disabled in Windows 8

You will also not be able to start Internet Explorer 10 Metro version when you click any link in Windows 8 if the User Account Control feature is turned off, and Internet Explorer 10 is set as the default browser!
