Microsoft moves vendors off-site, but still no layoffs announced yet.
Microsoft executives have considered a plan to either move 30 percent of Microsoft's vendors who work on campus off of Microsoft properties. Microsoft is also not renewing leases on a number of its Seattle area properties and is postponing construction on several planned buildings to help trim costs.
