POP3 suport for free Hotmail account users in 2009?
In response to a question by a forum member on WindowsLiveHelp, as to whether "a few of the features of Hotmail Plus (namely, POP3 feature) will be available in early 2009", this is what the Windows Live team forum member had to say :
