Microsoft is providing local-langauge MSDN and TechNet sites for many of its non-English language markets. Recently, the team added several new sites to its global network. Each of these sites includes a localized home page, localized documentation libraries, with community content, and localized Developer Centers and TechCenters for key products and technologies like Visual Basic, SQL Server, and Windows Vista.
