Use this utility only after you have re booted once to apply the above tip. Run the downloaded utility. It will ask for permission to reboot. Click OK. On reboot, you will first get a message asking you to not use the mouse or keyboard for some time. So please adhere to it. Soon you will get a dialog box telling you your Windows Bootup time.
