I have tried everything after scowling the internet vigorously has said to try, and nothing works. WMC runs perfectly fine up until I click "Set up tv" or go to task->settings->tv->set up tv signal. Crashes on both of those instantly. Everything else, playing solitaire, messing with the general settings, burning dvds, etc, works fine. Here is my crash error report. Everything is updated to the maximum I can possible do it. I have all the most recent updates that windows has provided. The one thing I will not do is a fresh installation, I have too many things on my computer to do that, plus, I'd rather upgrade to windows 7 if that's my only option. If I need to provide a dx diag, let me know. Thanks a lot.
One more thing, I'm trying to use the Hauppauge WinTV-HVR 16000 model 1183 as my means to access the television, and have updated it to the latest vista 64 bit drivers. I'm not sure that has anything to do with it.

I have ran The System File Checker tool, deleted Mediacenterdatastore.db, deleted everything in the eHome folder, am not using ready boost, and multiple other "solutions" that I have found on the internet.
