Which is the best defrager to use with Vista?

Iv'e just upgraded to Vista, and would like to use a Defrager on my pc, a one that runs in the back ground once I have set it up, can anyone advise me, which is the best one to use? looking forward to hearing from you, thanks

Yes there are many defragmenting applications in many websites you will found and then you check that and there many freeware applications to free size your disk and access your PC applications more faster then try this freeware softwares. "ATF CLEANER" try for this.

I've always preferred PerfectDisk, now at version 8 to support Vista.
