I use an older database to keep track of addresses. I can easily export to a CSV file which in turn I can easily open and read in MS Word and other programs. Once I import this CSV file into Vista Contacts all diacritical marks such as French accents and German Umlauts, which were visible in MS Word, are replaced by enigmatic signs. What can I do?
