error code 8007490

How do I fix this?

My machine is a Dell laptop with an O&M Windows Vista Ultimate SP2 32 bits

anti virus: PC Tools Spyware Doctor, windows defender e Windows firewall active.

I have deactivated them all to try to install the updates:
KB967723
KB970430
KB972145
to no avail. what should I do?
