up dates on windows vista ultimate

anyone having any problems with the up dates as ive had problems over the last few days, im getting error message 8024200D COmming up every time i try to do up dates.

Make sure that you have the Service "Windows Installer" running.

If not you have to download and install Windows Installer 4.5 for your system

How to check services depress the following keys on your keyboard all at once:

control(Ctrl), Alt and delete

Select Start Task Manager then at the top of the task Manager screen select Services.
