services not starting

Hopefully someone will be able to help me out here. I've tried numerous other forums, Majorgeeks, vistax64 forums, for a soultion, but noone has been able to help me. My problems originally started with the service NLASVC.dll not starting, which is Network location awareness. After a few days of playing around. I restored a shodow copy and it fixed it. Then I couldn't get my ICS working, checked the dependants, and one is BFE, Base filtering engine. (BFE.DLL) I googled the problem and followed numerous others about setting permissions, and enabling the real admin account and trying to start it. none of it worked. When I try to start the service, I get error 5 access denied. I've tried raised CMD error 5 access denied. Current system, Vista ultimate 64, I WAS using Comodo internet security firewall, but I uninstalled it hoping it may affect something. I've tried SFC \scannow and it comes back with Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. I've enclosed the CBS.log hopefully someone will know what to do..I'll post them in a bit, it's not letting me right now. Thanks to whoever can help me.
