synchronisation problem with Win 7 Ultimate

I have a problem with the synch between a Win 7 workstation and a Vista MacBook (working under Vista - not under Parallels). When I synchronise my directories, the transfer from the laptop to the workstation is OK, but in the other direction (from the workstation Win 7 to the Vista laptop), the synch is not executed. The workdirectories are placed on the workstation and the originals are on the laptop. When I want to synchronise, the correct info is shown, the progress bar starts running, but no action is done when files have to move from the Win7 to the Vista station.

How can I solve this? As I cannot install Win7 on my laptop (I keep getting errorcode 0x8007005) I'm afraid I'm stuck with Vista.

I think my problem is solved, by upgrading the Vista machine to Windows 7, my problem seems to be solved.
