Unable to boot into windows?????
I have a Dell XPS M1530 running Windows Vista Ultimate. The problem that I am having is after my computer goes through the Dell boot/memory check screen I get a black screen with a cursor at the upper left side. Let sit for several hours with no change. I rebooted using Vista DVD and attempted to reinstall windows. I get to wher windows is installing after language set and about 2% into the install and I get a BSOD with error PFN_LIST_CORRUPT. I tried this several times an the same thing hapens over again.
I attempted to sun the sys diag and everything passes. I ran a memory check and still passes. I do not know what else to do.
