Internet Access Failed

Hi
As soon as I upgraded Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari Browsers to latest versions. I can no longer connect to any websites on any of the browsers.

I thought it was a firewall/port issue so I uninstalled my Kapersky Labs AV and Spyware doctor but still cannot access ANY websites even though 2 other users in my house network can.

Help.
