OEM 32 Bit Vista Ultimate user: up a creek?

I am in the process of upgrading my computer and I realize now that my 32 Bit version OS will not be able to fully utilize the new ram/processor I am installing. Yey!

I purchased OEM windows vista ultimate 32 bit over a year ago and was hoping for some way to upgrade my OEM Vista Ultimate to 64 bit. Of is this OS that I purchased nothing more than a beverage coaster already.

Because I purchased it from newegg.com I don't think I apply for an upgrade in any way .. does anyone know if I am SOL?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

stick to 32 bit,64 bit has more problems
