Problema Windows Vista "Suspender"

Hola,buenas!

Veréis, yo le doy al botón de suspender en mi ordenador(sobremesa) y en vez de suspenderlo, lo bloquea,es decir lo pone en modo bloqueado.

Abro un acceso directo con esto %windir%\system32\rundll32.exe PowrProf.dll, SetSuspendState y me sigue haciendo lo mismo.

También pongo lo anterior en el modo Ejecutar y nada, lo mismo, y ya no se que hacer.

Por favor ayudadme.

P.D: Lo de bloquear si no me entendéis es eso de que cuando le das al menú de inicio las opciones que te salen con Cambiar Usuario Cerrar Sesión BLOQUEAR / Reiniciar/ SUSPENDER (que es lo que intento) Apagar
