Help for activating Voice Recognition

Hello,

I have a desktop supported by Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit (italian edition).
I need to activate or implement the Voice Recognition feature (english U.S. edition).
So far it seems to me that SAPI 5 or an equivalent Recognition engine is not implemented on my computer.
I searched for downloading from the web an appropriate SAPI 5; but whilst plenty of possibilities exist for Windows XP I did not succeed in finding one for Vista.
At this point I ask for help on how to go on.
I thank in advance everybody will suggest me how to procceed.
