controller broadband for Aspire 7720G

hi, I've a problem with Vista ultimate. the pc is a notebook Acer Aspire 7720G. The wireless is not working as the driver for the controller is not installed. We tried many times to install it but the problem remain: the message of driver missing continues!!!
some ideas or do you know how to solve it
????
