"Windows detected a hard disk problem"- Help!..

Hi.

Just upgraded my computer to vista, i keep getting this same error message:

Windows detected a hard disk problem

Back up your files immediately to prevent information loss, and then con tact the computer manufactuerer to determine if you need to repair or replace the disk.

-> Start The backup process
-> Ask me again later


I've done diagnostic checks and disk checks on the disc and it says its fine, but still i get this error message. Please help..
