domain controller not found.

Hi all,
The reason why I joined is a problem with my Vista Ultimate laptop.
When I try to add it to an AD domain it can’t find the server (Domain Controller).
I tried this with a Windows 2000 and 2003 server. Same result.
The dcdiag.txt is included.
With the domain I’ve connected several XP desktops and Laptops without any problem.
So her are my questions:

• Is Vista Ultimate compatible with Windows 2000 or 2003 server?
• What am I doing wrong?

Solving this issue makes me really grateful because the upgrade costs over 200 euros.
