Side Bar in IE7 do not work

Hello everyone. I am new to this forum and need your help. I am using IE7 in Ultimate Vista 64bit and suddenly when I try to use the favorites the sidebar that enables me to scroll up and down does not work. If I try to scroll down it goes automatically back up. Thanks in advance for any help!
