How to install Japanese IME on Vista Ultimate

I'm having trouble installing the Japanese IME input in Vista Ultimate. I don't get it, I did the same thing as I did when I had Home Premium. Am I Missing something? In the "Add Input Language" dialog, when I click on Japanese, all that is shown is "Japanese". When I click "Show More", a heap more different methods show up, but I'm unable to find "IME" or "Microsoft IME"

Please help!
