where have all my gigs gone
just the other day i burned 2 movies in windows dvd burner that came with vista ultimate and when i started i had 31 gig on my c drive after finishing and closing program i did a disc clean and now i only have 14 gig left i have done everything i can figure to regain these gigs and can not figure out where they went can someone plz help

When you create a DVD movie the application you use is going to use space on your hard drive (besides the space the files you are creating the movie with take up) as temporary space. If you did not clear up this space then this may be why you are seeing less hard drive space than you think you should. You may need to delete these files if you have not already done so.

If the files are still on your system then 8 Gig (4 per disc) plus the temporary files may still be on your system - depending on your setting this may take up to an additional another 8 Gig possibly - taking up a total of 16 Gig.
