I generally would not recomend going back to FAT32 (NFTS is so much better than FAT32 in almost every way) but if you feel you have to it is not a easy process. Make sure you have a known good verified back up and then you can either:
Format your hard drive and start over (if you have a backup you can restore data from it) or you can use a applicaion designed to do things like this but it is still dangerous so ALWAYS BACKUP your data first.
