no disk exception processing message oxc0000013
every time i boot up i get this error - started with install of hp bluetooth mouse - i had microsoft intellimouse laser notebook 7000 already installed - both are incompatable - i have a hp desktop - after uninstalling bluetooth mouse error message keeps coming up - fwi i tried to uninstall intellimouse but would not let me - this created more errors - i have seen a lot of fixes that worked for some but not specific enough for my problem - the other software i installed at that same time was the program to custemize my hp display - any more ideasout there
