hard drive storage problem

I have a 69.7 GB hard drive on a Lenovo T61 Laptop. Though I defrag often, perform disk cleanups and keep my video on an external hard drive something on my computer seems to be taking up a lot of space and it doesn't appear on the Program Files.

Any ideas as to how to resolve this issue with freeware or in another cost effective manner?
