Hi, this is my first message here! I'm Italian so I apologize for my bad English

My aim is to backup my system (Vista Ultimate x64), with all the programs installed at the early stage of it's life: i.e. after a fresh installation so that I could for any reason (virus, bad installations, ecc...) restore system an program as first day of use.
Actually I have two HD mounted first is 80 GB and has the system partition in it, tough the oter is a 500 Gb HD and has several partitions on it... (Data, Programs, Downloads, Linux, ecc...).
I have backed up only two partitions (System's one and Programs' one).
Question is... if I start a complete restore of my pc with the image previously created, at its finish do I have only this two partition or even all the other not backed up as they were before proceeding with restore?
In other words are other partitions affected by this command, or it will affect only the ones that I backed up, leaving those ones (other partitions) exactly as they were before?
