DVD Drive reading previous contents when new disc inserted

Soz 4 the long title. I've noticed something weird happening with my DVD drives. When I eject the last DVD/CD and place a new one in, Vista still reads the data from the last disc. If I double click selected drive (I have two the same by the way) it attempts to play/read the data from the previous disc.
Never seen this happen before. Any ideas anyone.
I know it's not a major problem but it's just starting to get on my wick.
System Info:
DVD Drive- Samsung SH-S203P x2 Firmware SB00
Vista Ultimate x64 Fully Updated as of 12/12/08 OEM Version
Intel E8400 clocked @ 3.4GHz

Found out what it was. Kaspersky AV2009, system sequrity checker. Shows up autorun as a vulnerability as ask you to disable it. No real probs there except it goosed my DVD drives up. Tried re-enabling via windows and registry but nothing.
Went to KAV web site and found solution to problem. You have to run a script to re-enable it.
All sorted now.
