Hi i am new to this forum and am having some problems i would appreciate some help with. I am using vista ultimate running ms office outlook and cannot open links in my email. Message reads "this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact system administrator" please help as this is driving me nuts.
