GeForce 8200 Motherboard - SM Bus Controller & Coprocessor Drivers Needed

i just bought a GeForce 8200 Motherboard and everything works perfectly with the exception of these two drivers not being installed properly. i ran the motherboard's install CD multiple times and nothing.

i keep getting a SM Bus Controller & Coprocessor error about the drivers, i attempt to download from the internet and/or get them from the install CD and nothing!

can someone please link me to a page where i can download the exact drivers to resolve this problem? the audio is built in the board, however my system states there is no audio device installed.

AMD Athlon 64x Dual Core 5000 2.6Ghz
XFX GeForce 8200 Motherboard
4GB Ram / 500 GB HDD

I was having the same problem and found your question when Googling for help. I ended-up at the Nvidia website: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

Use the "Motherboard Drivers" button under Option Two. That will start a scan that will send you to the right download for your drivers. Install the file after downloading, reboot and presto, both hardware issues are resolved (or at least no longer show as yellow on Device Manager.
