Re: Vista Ultimat install freeze

I have attempted this on 3 occasions only to get about 2/3rds of the way finished, and the unit freezes, at the "completing installation" message. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
If an install disc is available, it's best just to do a clean install. If not take it to a reputable dealer like Best Buy's geek squad and explain the problem and let them do it! Some friend. That an audacious thing to do. Good luck.
