Toshiba Tecra M2 w/ Vista Ultimate doesn't even SEE the Intel Pro/Wireless internal card
Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else, I'm searching, but I've just loaded Vista Ultimate onto my Toshiba Tecra M2 laptop. Everything seems to be going well except that I have no wireless. The laptop worked great with XP pro, but now when I pull up the Device Manager, it doesn't even show the wireless card as a network device. I mean, it'd be one thing if it just didn't work, but it doesn't even show it there?! I'm brand spanken new to Vista so be easy on me, but I've gone to the Intel website and pulled off the driver/SW that's supposed to be Vista 32bit compatible. I've even loaded up but nothing. It still doesn't see the device. Help? Pointers? Flames that this same issues was brought up in another thread, great! Just show me where it is and I'll leave in peace. Help!
