Can not Schedule a task

Hi,
I was just schedule a task in my system. But it is not work properly, and got an error in the History tab states 'Task Scheduler failed to start instance "{65DC9F0B-8AF7-45AB-85CE-5E898CF23F4E}" of "\PR" task for user "VISTAPC\Test Standard" . Additional Data: Error Value: 2147942593.'
