When I try to open or to explore a cartella in the disk, the system open a bar giving the only opportunity to create a dvd or cd, but it doesn't let me the see what is in the cartella.
Any suggest?

That behavior suggests the disc is blank. Right-click on the disc and chose explore, rather than the default 'open'. To get more information, what do you mean by 'cartella'? Also, I assume you're talking about a removable disc, not the hard drive?

Yes correct, but also with right-click on the disk and I chose explore, the system ask me a blank volume to burn it.

Excuse me for "cartella"; I would have told you "folder".
You asumed correct , I was talking about a removable disc.
