Vista Ultimate SP 1

Hi, I am running Vista Ultimate 32 bit and Office Student and Home. I assume most have downloaded Vista SP1 as I have which did little to help me and I have been waiting for SP2, so my first question, is there any news when SP2 will be released by MS

Second question, while browsing through a Staples catalog, I was surprised to see an ad for a Windows Windows Vista Ultimate Upgrade Service Pack 1 for sale at $189.99. What am I missing? Does Ultimate have a separate upgrade from Vista?

I use Word quiet a bit and I am having problems with it and that is my main problem at the moment. Any help for my better understanding will be appreciated. Semper Fi Ben

There's no Vista SP2

and no better than Ultimate version..
But next year Vista will change to Windows 7

which has better performance and graphic than vista..
