Windows Vista Boot Logo

I'm trying to set a custom boot logo for windows vista, but when I go to check the no GUI option in msconfig the tab is locked and nothing can be checked or edited. This could be because I have Gentoo and windows loads under grub that msconfig boot tab is disabled, or that it's vista and it needs to be unlocked. If there is a way to unlock this tab so I can enable the no gui boot, or another way by editing a file etc...

P.S I for got to add that vista and my XP load of the vista boot loader which loads of grub, IDK if that helps but thought I should add.

I had a custom boot screen but used tune up utilities and did it that way.. Hope that helps..
