Windows update downloaded updates and during process message box states feature you're trying to use is on another resource that's unavailable. I find it's trying to downloaf an update for Microsoft Works which was preinstalled on my machine. The update fails, how do I resolve the conflict or remove the attempt from updating as I don't use Works.
