SQL Server 2005 Security Update (SP2)

Hi...

Is anyone having trouble installing this update? Usually one can get around these problems by running the update remotely, but this update has no download patch so I cant monkey around it.

Anybody running SQL 2005 on Vista (Ultimate) who has overcome this bugger?

By the by, I called Microsoft about this, but believe it or not, even though their own Knowledge Base article says call 1-800-PCSAFETY for no charge support, these guys would not help with this without charging me!!! I said, what am I supposed to do, just let this thing NOT install for the next [whatever]??? They were not sympathetic. Anybody else run into that?
