Language Interface Pack for Telugu (Vista)

I have Vista Ultimate installed on my PC along with Ubuntu 8.0. In Ubuntu I have language support for Telugu which is like LIP that Vista has for other languages except Telugu. Is there any information if Microsoft is working on a LIP for Telugu in Vista ?
