Windows Sidebar Runtime Errors

I am getting runtime errors on line 1 of the weather gadget and also the clock gadget that come with Windows. There is no location set in the weather gadget and on the blue instead of saying the location is says "LocationDontExist'. When I go into the properties of the clock the options are all blank.

Any ideas?
