Vista doesn't support chinese languages

My vista don 't seem to support any of chinese languages, even go to languages setting also i can't see add in the chinese prc input. Is my vista come with ime languages packs? where to download the chinese languages pack for vista if it doesn't support by my vista cd (vista ultimate version). Can anyone help? thanks
