When Vista SP1 Roll-out complete?

I have Vista 32 version Ultimate, and am still waiting for Service Pack 1 to be rolled out through Updates. How long should I wait before downloading the SP 1 from microsoft's site? The site recommends waiting till it's pushed through Updates. I've suffered with all the bugs of Vista for a year now (PC wakes up from sleep mode, problems with software install, etc.,) and would really like the SP1. Please advise.

Pretty sure. When I select Start, rt click on Computer, Properties, my Windows edition does not say SP 1.

According to the Windows site, I probably have some outdated driver which is preventing the push through Updates. I have no idea what driver is causing the block so it's really frustrating... And MS site recommends waiting to get it through Updates.

Yes, now I remember that some PCs couldn't get it due to drivers.
If it's any consolation I didn't notice any difference when I installed mine.
