Cant print Office Excel and Word Docs on Photosmart 7960 printer

I can't print Word or Excel documents on my HP Photosmart 7960 printer. I've re-installed it after the same problem happened earlier, it printed one Word doc, and then it stopped. It prints only blank pages.
Thanks to anyone who can help.
