BSOD: Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal

This is my first post,so howdy to you all...I get this message on a blue screen..BSOD: Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal.....I also know this has been discussed before and I learned from the group it might??have something to do with RAM...I tried to do a ram test but couldn't...It showed a screen that said this test can't be performed....load your installation disk....restart...click english then repair....It would not do this...No repair listed only upgrade and/or clean install..My PC is only 1 year old....I made a highjack this log and tried to enclose it??Thanks much.
