Web ports on Ultimate: advice needed

Hi guys,

I'm trying to install a browser-based database application onto my PC. The db is Oracle 10G Express (XE) and the application is Inmedius S1000D Impact (an authoring app). Oracle has installed just fine but when I try to install Impact I get to a point where it asks for the web server port. I've tried 5200, 8080 and 1521 but Vista keeps reporting they're unavailable. I think I've setup Vista as a web server correctly ('http://localhost' gives me the IIS7 page) but I'm at a loss to know why Impact can't find the web server.

How can I find a list of web ports on Vista that I can experiment with, or how can I check to ensure that I have set up my machine correctly as a web server?

If you can't use port 80, used for web pages.
Then use a port in the bit torrent range, something between 14500
and 65535.
