Blue screen acedrv9.sys caused page fault

Hi,
I have a Dell Demnsion 9200 Quad Core
4Gb RAM
2 x 500 Gb Striped for performance
Nvidia 8800
22" Acer Monitor
Vista Ultimate SP1

I get the blue screen and error of acedrv9.sys caused page fault in non-paged area.
After installing the SP1 my flight simulator started acting up as well, like really slow. I ended up re-intalling the latest drivers from Nvidia and re-installing the FSX and Accelerator. Even now while switch views internal to external and back the text on simulator disappears.
Any help is appreciated.
