Driver for Windows Vista for Forte FM801 Audio

I upgraded my system to Windows Vista Ultimate and everyhting is working great. I installed a Forte FM801 audio card into my system but the driver that it came with does not work. It works for Windows XP but Vista not. Does any ne know if there is a driver that would work on vista, please help.
