encrypt/decrypt specific files and folder

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum and for vista ultimate too. I tried to encypt specific folders on my system, and I was able to encrypt it. It was accessible by myself when I logged in, but I wanted to encrypt files and folders in a way it will ask me passwork to access it, eventhough I had created it. I need this setup due to my work environment. I try to set up by enableing strong privacy in inport/export certificate wizard and end up with the new problem. Now I can not create encrypt file and/or folder as it asks me to enter my smart card, which eventually, I don't have. If anyone has an idea to get rid of this and to find a way to encrypt specific file and/or folder that is not accessible by me or anyone who logged in with my username without entering password.
