Help! I used EasyCleaner - All Files Are Unasociated, (even *.exe's

I've tried Restore Points - Not 'Restoring' I've tried Startup Repair, it pops up a message saying I need to run Restore Point . I am so new to Vista Ultimate, that it isn't funny, LOL . My girlfriend, that "owns" the PC, will be home tonight, ouch, it's going to hurt. So, with that note, HELP!!!

Usually when using any of the good registry cleaners I've been asked by the application if I want to back up the registry. Did you make a registry backup? If you did, restore the backup and the system should be OK.
My own experience with CC Cleaner messed my system up so I restored the backup and its OK now. I'm running Ultimate 64 bit.
