IE 7.0 maxing out processor in Ulitmate?
Hey all, this isn't a serious problem, but I want to address it anyhow.
When I leave IE 7.0 open for a long amount of time (at least an hour) unattended my processor runs at max speed. Both cores are running as well.
However, all I have to do is exit IE 7.0 and the processor speed drops off dramatically right away. I can open IE again and not have this problem unless I leave it unattended again. It only happens sometimes, however.
Its not a big problem, but maybe this can bring some answers out and help somebody else.
I am running Vista Ultimate in 32 bit, have an Intel E6700, nVidia graphics card, and 2GB memory in an Asus C90 laptop.
